Visiting Hello Beautiful Salon should always be an enjoyable experience, both for you and the stylist. For your visit to go as smooth as possible, Hello Beautiful Salon wants to share our Frequently asked questions.

Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. If you wish to cancel your appointment,  please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur.

Redo's & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your salon experience. If for any reason you are not happy with your service, we offer the following policy:​

Hair Redo's:

If you are unsatisfied with your hairstyle, we are happy to offer a redo with your stylist. A free redo is available within 7 days of your original appointment. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a redo.

Refunds:

If after the redo, you are still not satisfied with the results, we offer a full refund for the service. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original appointment.

Conditions for redo/refund:

​You must contact us within 7 days of your appointment to request a redo or refund.

​

The redo or refund request should relate to concerns that are related to the quality of the service received, not personal preference (e.g., change of style or color after the service).

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment.
