Customer Etiquette

Visiting Hello Beautiful Salon should always be an enjoyable experience, both for you and the stylist. For your visit to go as smooth as possible, Hello Beautiful Salon wants to share  our Customer Etiquette Guide.

Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. If you wish to cancel your appointment,  please give at least 24 hours’ notice before your appointment is scheduled to occur. If this happens more than once, you may be considered for the strike policy.

Stike Policy

Before any penalization for not attending an appointment, we always give you an opportunity to explain the circumstances. If you fail to attend your appointment without canceling at least 24 hours in advance more than once, you will be charged 25% of the appointment fee when you re-book with us. This charge will then be applied to your next set appointment.

Late Policy

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment. If this happens more than once, you may be considered for the strike policy.
